Entry points

Where students join

JSS 1: Main entry point. Applicants should be in Primary 6 or have completed it, and be 10 – 12 years old by September.
JSS 2 – SSS 2: Transfer places where vacancies exist. A transfer letter and the last two report cards are required.
SSS 3: Not normally admitted, to protect continuity of WASSCE preparation.

The process

Step 1
Enquire and collect a form

Complete the enquiry form on this site or visit the school office. The application form fee is paid at the bursary or by bank transfer, and the form is issued with a receipt.
Step 2
Submit the completed form

Return the form with a passport photograph, birth certificate, the last two report cards and, for transfers, a transfer letter from the current school.
Step 3
Sit the entrance examination

English, Mathematics and General Knowledge, written at the school. Transfer applicants also take a paper at their entry level. An interview with a parent follows the same day.
Step 4
Receive an offer

Results are released within two weeks. Successful families receive an admission letter, the fee schedule and the code of conduct.
Step 5
Accept and pay

Acceptance is confirmed by paying the acceptance fee within the stated window. First-term fees are due before resumption.
Step 6
Resume

New students attend an orientation day before term begins. Boarders arrive the day before resumption with the published prospectus list.

The top three candidates in the entrance examination receive 50% off tuition for JSS 1, renewable each year on merit.

10% off tuition for the second and subsequent children enrolled at the same time.

Termly awards for the best student in each class and for exceptional improvement.
